Write docs together

The library, the editor, comments, and saved versions.

Document library

Open a runbook from its folder and see who wrote it and which tags it has.

Document outline

While you write an inspection runbook, the side outline follows the headings.

See who's editing

When two people have a document open, you can see the other cursor and how many people are online.

Comments

Leave a note beside the document. A teammate can reply there.

Versions

See each saved version and who saved it.

Sheet

Use formulas in a sheet to calculate amounts and totals.

Commands inside the doc

Keep inspection commands on the document and follow them as you work.

Control who can view and edit

Each team sets separately whether a member can view, comment, or edit.

Collaborators

Give a teammate view, comment, or edit access.

Access levels

See the access level of each document and each member.

Set access

After you select a document and a member, set view, comment, or edit.

Switch teams

Switch between teams. Documents and permissions follow the team that is open.

Activity log, notifications, and trash

See who changed which docs, notify other systems when a doc changes, restore deleted docs, and track due dates.

Audit log

Filter by action type to see who changed which documents, and export a CSV.

Update notifications (webhooks)

When a doc is updated, send a notification to a URL you choose.

Trash

A document deleted by mistake can be restored from the trash.

Due dates

Track delivery dates on a board, including what is overdue.

Open MistDocs

Esc closes. Arrow keys move between screens.
